The connected breath as a gateway to your soul
Breathwork is an incredibly powerful method with which you can quickly and intensively delve into deeply twisted layers and blockages of your soul.
In a Pure Embodiment session, you breathe in and out powerfully and without a break through your mouth over a longer period of time. This puts you in a kind of semi-trance and you land deep in your body. You feel your blockages. You feel your soul. You are incredibly close to YOURSELF. Breathwork opens a beautiful, intense encounter with ourselves.
Space is created in you in which your soul can express itself freely.
It shows you which parts of you are blocked and want to be seen.

Through continuous breathing, these blockages are transformed and your energy can flow more freely again.
Procedure of a breathwork session
We always start with a short conversation, in which we discuss your concerns together.
Afterwards you can lie down comfortably on a mat and start with the connected breath, while you will be accompanied by music throughout.
I am with you the whole time and lovingly and carefully hold the space for you so that you can fully open up and let yourself go. I support you in your process energetically and through physical touch.
You breathe intensively through your mouth for about 60 - 90 minutes.
Then you let your breathing calm down and lie there for about 10 minutes to the accompaniment of music.
In this sailing phase the connection with your inner being, your soul, is very deep and touching.
After the session we will talk about your experience together.
Costs
Single session breathwork 90 - 120 minutes ...... € 120
Single week 5 days/5 sessions of 120 minutes each ...€ 500
Note: 50% of the total amount is due immediately upon booking, the remaining amount no later than 14 days before the first session.
Cancellation
Up to 10 days before the agreed date, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation.
From 10 days before the agreed date, the total amount must be paid as a cancellation.
You are more than welcome to provide a replacement for you in the event of a cancellation if you can find someone.
If you are ill, please contact me so that we can find a new appointment for you.
Location
Depending on your preference, the sessions can take place either in my practice in Hehenberg 44, 4715 Taufkirchen (Upper Austria), in Vienna or in Gambia.
Another location near you is also possible for the individual week - please send me an email.
Prerequisites and contraindications
You don't need any previous knowledge for a breathwork session.
Connected breathing is not suitable for pregnancy, medication, cardiovascular diseases, epilepsy, high internal eye pressure, open wounds or wounds from operations that are recent.
This work is also not suitable for those with mental instability or medication.
The consumption of alcohol and drugs is not compatible with this work. You should avoid alcohol or other mind-altering substances for at least a week before and preferably a few days after.
